Submit or send a Shoot-order form with your product (Use steps 1a OR 1b)
1.a.Submit your shoot-order - Type 'STUDIO EXPRESS - YOUR NAME' in the subject line. - You will then receive EFT details for payment 1.b. Print off and send your Shoot-order with your product. - Attach a separate PAGE 2 to each product (for identification purposes) - Send a cheque with your Shoot-order & Product. - Make cheque payable to 'STEELE PHOTOGRAPHY' STEP 2:Pay by EFT or send a cheque 2a. Pay by EFT, using details received in STEP 1a. 2b. Pay by cheque, using details in STEP 1b. STEP 3: Send / Deliver your product to the Studio - Send your product to the address on the Shoot-order; using AUSPOST or Courier. - Deliver your product to the Studio, in Newcastle, NSW - Contact prior to delivering in person, to arrange time and date STEP 4:Your product is photographed (IAW your prepared shoot-order) - Choose WHITE or BLACK background for your product - Any other background colour attracts a cost of $25.00 per item (i.e., $39.00 + $25.00=$64.00) STEP 5: Your product is returned to you - COD / Pick up / Your courier account - Tell us if you want the product returned to you - Tell us if you rather it went to a charitable organisation - Tell us the address to send it to - Tell us if you require insured COD - Contact prior to pick-up, to arrange Date & Time - Tell us your courier account details if you wish us to use your courier account - Ensure your courier company will allow STEELE PHOTOGRAPHY to return goods via their service. OTHER QUESTIONS: Q1 - Why would I use Steele photography's Studio Express? A1 - Besides being the first and only studio, in Australia, to offer single shot transactions, you can be assured your high quality, sharp images will add value to your business. Q2 - When will you photograph my product? A2 - When the cheque or EFT payment has cleared into our account Q3 - Why would you ask if I want my product back? A3 - Sometimes the return post outweighs the value of the product, in which case I can hand it into a charitable organisation. Q4 - Is there a maximum permitted size? A4 - YES; and there is a standard price structure to match. A4 - See here for price structure". Q5 - What file sizes will my images be in? A5 - The images will be sent to you via email or on a CD, which will accompany your returned item. Q6 - Can I have my images emailed to me and on a CD? A6 - Of course you can. The offer allows for either email or CD, if you wish both tick the 'Both' box and add $10.00 to your total. Q7 - How many items can I submit for photographing? A7 - You can submit as many as you wish, so long as they are all correctly annotated on the Shoot-order, and a PAGE 2 of the Shoot-order is attached to each item.. Q8 - Can I pay with PAYPAL?
